Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1
Delhi
Departure from Delhi
Assemble at Indira Gandhi International Airport as per reporting time shared by your coordinator. Fly Delhi to Jeddah. On arrival, clear immigration and collect baggage. Group transfer to your hotel in Makkah. Check in, rest and settle in. Evening orientation session with your Mutawwif guide.
Day 2 to 3
Makkah
Perform Umrah
After Fajr prayers, proceed to Masjid al-Haram for Umrah. Your Mutawwif will guide you through Tawaf, Sai and Halq or Taqsir. Remainder of the day is yours for personal ibadah, additional Tawaf and rest.
Day 4
Makkah
Makkah Ziyarat
Guided visit to key Ziyarat sites including Jabal al-Nour, Jabal Thawr, Masjid al-Jirana and the birthplace of the Prophet (PBUH). Return to hotel for rest. Evening prayers at Masjid al-Haram.
Day 5 to 6
Makkah
Ibadah Days
Free days for personal worship. Spend time in Masjid al-Haram, perform additional Tawaf, recite Quran and make dua at the Multazam and Hateem.
Day 7
Madinah
Travel to Madinah
After Fajr and breakfast, depart for Madinah by air-conditioned coach. Check in to your hotel. Evening Ziyarat of Masjid an-Nabawi and Riyad ul-Jannah.
Day 8 to 9
Madinah
Madinah Ibadah
Spend time in Masjid an-Nabawi. Aim to complete 40 prayers at the Prophets Mosque. Visit Riyad ul-Jannah during less crowded hours with your guides assistance.
Day 10
Madinah
Madinah Ziyarat
Guided visit to Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Masjid al-Ghamamah, the graves of Uhud martyrs and Jannat al-Baqi. Return to hotel for rest and final prayers.
Day 11
Delhi
Return to Delhi
Check out after Fajr. Group transfer to Jeddah Airport. Fly back to Delhi. Arrive home with the blessings of a complete Umrah.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 60 or more days before departure will receive a full refund minus the processing fee of Rs 5000. Cancellation between 30 and 59 days before departure will forfeit the deposit amount. Cancellation within 30 days of departure is non-refundable. Flight cancellation charges as per airline policy will apply additionally.
Amendment Policy: Date changes are permitted up to 45 days before departure subject to seat availability. A rescheduling fee of Rs 3000 per person applies.

How far are the hotels from Masjid al-Haram?
In Makkah, hotels are located between 500 and 800 metres from Masjid al-Haram. In Madinah, hotels are between 400 and 600 metres from Masjid an-Nabawi.
What is the pre-departure session?
Before you travel, we conduct a 2-hour preparation session covering all Umrah rituals, duas, packing guidance, apps to use, and what to do in case of any emergency in Saudi Arabia.
Can I travel alone as a woman?
Yes. We offer women-only group departures with a female group leader. Please mention this requirement at the time of enquiry.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included but is strongly recommended. We can assist you in arranging suitable coverage.
What documents do I need for the Umrah visa?
You need a valid passport, passport photographs, completed visa form, meningitis vaccination certificate and COVID certificate if applicable. Our team handles the full visa process for you.
